How long does it take to get up and running?
Most studios are live in under a week. We import your member roster from your existing booking software, wire up the class schedule, and run a one-hour front-desk walkthrough. You don't need IT — most owners do the setup themselves between classes.
Do members need to download an app?
No. Rewardable runs as a web pass on the phone they already have — they see their balance right inside the class-booking flow. There’s an optional white-labeled app for franchises of 10+ studios.
What happens to my class-pack stamp cards or existing points?
We translate them into points one-to-one (or whatever ratio you choose), then send each member a warm "your stamps just leveled up" SMS. Nothing gets lost, no one shows up at the desk confused.
Can I cap the rewards budget?
Yes. Set a hard monthly cap on liability, or a per-member ceiling. We also flag perks that are over-redeeming — say, free PT sessions burning your trainer P&L — so you can re-tune the catalog before it hurts margin.
What does "no per-member fee" really mean?
Exactly that. You pay one flat fee per studio per month. Whether you have 200 members or 20,000, it's the same number. Pricing that scales with your headcount felt like a tax on growing your community — so we don't charge it.
